SUNGAI RELAU – GUNUNG TAHAN – SUNGAI RELAU

DAY 1 : MERAPOH – SG RELAU – KUALA JURAM – KEM KOR

​

7:30 am      - Meetup operation manager in Merapoh
8:30am       -  Transfer from Merapoh to Sg Relau
9:00am       - Hiker registration at Wildlife Office, Sg Relau

                    - Items checking by Wildlife officer
10:00am     - Safety briefing by Wildlife officer

10:30am - Transfer from Sg Relau to Kuala Juram by 4WD (13km)

11:00am - Start hiking from Kuala Juram to Kem Kor (13.5km)

                  - Camp at Kem Kor (latest time to reach 04.00pm)
                  - Set up your own tent

                  - Cook your own dinner
                  - Refresh & sleep

DAY 2 : KEM KOR – BUKIT BOTAK

​

7:00 am    - Prepare your own breakfast
                  - Hiking from Kem Kor to Bukit Botak (16km)

                  - Camp at Bukit Botak
                  - Set up your own tent
                  - Cook your own dinner
                  - Refresh & sleep

 

DAY 3 : BUKIT BOTAK – GUNUNG TAHAN PEAK – KEM BOTAK

7:00 am    - Prepare your own breakfast
                  - Hiking from Bukit Botak to the Peak, Gunung Tahan (2.5km)
                  - Camp at Kem Botak
                  - Cook your own dinner
                  - Refresh & sleep

 

DAY 4 : KEM BOTAK – KEM KOR

7:00 am    - Prepare your own breakfast

                  - Hiking from the Peak to Kem Kor (18.4km)
                  - Camp at Kem Kor
                  - Set up your own tent
                  - Cook your own dinner
                  - Refresh & sleep

DAY 5 : KEM KOR – KUALA JURAM – SUNGAI RELAU

7:00 am    - Prepare your own breakfast

                  - Hiking from Kem Kor to Kuala Juram (13.5km)

                  - Transfer from Kuala Juram to Sungai Relau (13km) by 4WD
12:00 pm  - Arrival Sg Relau (subject to your group strength)

                  - Items checking by Wildlife officer
1.00pm     - Transfer from Sg Relau to Merapoh

                  - End of the Expedition​

2. Actual hiking distance in a day is based on your group strength.

3. Itinerary might be changed by Mountain Guide’s discretion if the need arise.

4. RM50.00 service charge per changes is applicable if you change your confirmed booking.
